Cheese

Try one of our delicious chevre spreads.  Our process is very simple.  The cheese is as fresh as
possible; it takes about 3 days from goat to table.  Most of the herbs are grown in our own
organic garden.

Great on a baguette, or crackers with a glass of white wine.

Since our milk is so mild, this cheese is a ideal substitute for both ricotta and cream cheese.  
We have made cheesecakes, and cakes with a  cream cheese frosting that are delicious.  The
possibilities are endless.  Try a spoonful in your omlet, or on your next homeade pizza.  For

The Nigerian milk is so rich and full of fat that we actually get about double the yield of
cheese per milk than from any other breed
of goat.
