At about 7.5% milkfat, our raw milk makes a creamy delicious
dessert. Great for lactose intolerant people who can’t indulge in
regular ice cream, or someone who likes to try something a little different.
As with our cheese, some of our flavors are
seasonal, we always have Vanilla Bean and Chocolate
available and then there will always be a flavor of the
week, depending on what may be available locally.
Some of our special flavors include, Strawberry (Seasonally), Wild Maine
Blueberry(Seasonally), Blackberry Vanilla swirl, Peach, Toasted Coconut,
Peanut Butter Vanilla, and Mint Chocolate Chip
